I mainly photograph the lives of ordinary people on the street, and I like photographing how people from different cultures live their ordinary daily lives in this bustling city. 

 

I prefer street snap. Walking on a random street, I may observe various kinds of people minding their own business in states of all kinds. Concentrated or smiling, serious or relaxing, various kinds of people on the streets offer abundant chances to capture various scenes. Apart from that, these photographs also maintain a unified commonality in their respective characteristics. They all show the beauty of ordinary life, and we can always gain a feeling of hope from these pictures.

 

I like walking aimlessly on the street and capturing people at work, recording their authentic and vivid life scenes. To capture these trivial yet sparkling moments in the lives of all kinds of people anywhere, I wander around the city, just to get closer to people as if I immerse in their daily lives. That’s the reason why I want my photos to be in a more casual state. Through this photo series, I wish to present the casual and natural state that can express the vicarious feeling that I need, and ultimately demonstrate the simple beauty of life.
